Top Ten Best Bookish Halloween Costumes!
1. Anyone from Harry Potter. Harry, Hermione, Ron, Luna, Neville, Ginny -- there's so many great (and fairly simply) options! With how popular the franchise is, your costume is sure to be recognized and appreciated!
2. Katniss from The Hunger Games. A leather jacket, a gold pin, a side braid, and a bow and arrows and you're good! It was really popular a few years ago and it simple enough that it will be relatively easy to put together!
3. Cinder from Cinder. You can go two ways with this one -- Cinder as a mechanic or Cinder with a grand dress! Add a mechanic/cyborg leg or arm and you'll be set!
4. Percy or Annabeth from Percy Jackson. A camp half-blood shirt, jeans, and a fake sword/a pen could pull off this costume!
5. Any of the crew members from Six of Crows. There's so much awesome diversity and personalities in this group -- it will be great (and pretty easy) to create a costume based off one of them!
6. Celaena Sardothien from Throne of Glass. A leather suit, some fake weapons, and maybe some blonde hair and this one can be pretty easy to pull off!
7. Gatsby or Daisy from The Great Gatsby. Dress up in a dress or suit from the 20's and you'll be good! Though these ones may need a bit of explanation so people get you're not just someone from the 20s.
8. Alice from Alice in Wonderland. A blue dress, a white apron, and a black bow in your hair and this one is pretty easy to pull off!
9. A shadowhunter from City of Bones. This one can be done with either a black suit like the shadowhunter's uniforms or just some basic street clothes with some black runes drawn on! Maybe add a fake dagger and your costume is done!
10. Wonder Woman from Wonder Woman: Warbringer. This one is doubly awesome because of the movie that came out this year, too! With how popular Wonder Woman is recently, it should be pretty easy to get the right materials for a costume!
